The Family Relations tab enables you to link clients to their family members.
Note: Some SureImpact environments do not have the Family Relations tab.- In the top navigation, click Client.
- In the Search client field, enter the name of the desired client, and then click on the name to select the client.
- To the right of the client’s name, click Edit Client.
- Click Add Family.
- In the Add Family Relation field, enter the name of the family member you want to add.
- If the family member already exists in the system, select their name.
- If the family member does not exist in the system, click Not Found.
- Enter Name and Last Name.
- Click the Relationship to Participant drop-down menu, and the select the desired relationship.
- Enter the client’s Date of Birth and Phone number.
- Click Save. You can now see the family member listed under View Family Relations.
- Click Save again.
