How to Add a Family Member to a Client

The Family Relations tab enables you to link clients to their family members.

Note: Some SureImpact environments do not have the Family Relations tab. 

  1. In the top navigation, click Client
  2. In the Search client field, enter the name of the desired client, and then click on the name to select the client.  



  3. To the right of the client’s name, click Edit Client.  



  4. Click Add Family



  5. In the Add Family Relation field, enter the name of the family member you want to add. 
  6. If the family member already exists in the system, select their name.  
    1. If the family member does not exist in the system, click Not Found.  
    2. Enter Name and Last Name.  
    3. Click the Relationship to Participant drop-down menu, and the select the desired relationship. 



    4. Enter the client’s Date of Birth and Phone number. 
    5. Click Save. You can now see the family member listed under View Family Relations.  
  7. Click Save again.
