How to Add a Service Activity to a Client?


  1. From within a client record, click Activities.  
  2. Click the plus sign next to the desired activity.  
  3. In the Duration field, click the Hours and Minutes drop down list to enter the length of the activity.

  4. Enter the Service Date.  
  5. Enter the Service Time.  
  6. Enter any desired notes.  
    Note: In order to save time, you can add additional clients to this same Activity.  

  7. To enter an additional client, click in the Search Clients field, enter the client’s name, and then click the desired client.  
  8. You can now assign a different SureImpact user to a Service Activity. In the “Assign a user to this Service Activity” dropdown menu, click the arrow, and then select the desired user.  

    Note:
    We are going to release another update soon that makes the logged in user the default user for the new service activity. For now, you have to select a user every time you add a new service activity. We apologize for the confusion and additional step required. We will let you know as soon as this has been updated.

  9. Click Save
