How to Add a Service Activity to a Client?
- From within a client record, click Activities.
- Click the plus sign next to the desired activity.
- In the Duration field, click the Hours and Minutes drop down list to enter the length of the activity.

- Enter the Service Date.
- Enter the Service Time.
- Enter any desired notes.
Note: In order to save time, you can add additional clients to this same Activity.
- To enter an additional client, click in the Search Clients field, enter the client’s name, and then click the desired client.
- You can now assign a different SureImpact user to a Service Activity. In the “Assign a user to this Service Activity” dropdown menu, click the arrow, and then select the desired user.
Note: We are going to release another update soon that makes the logged in user the default user for the new service activity. For now, you have to select a user every time you add a new service activity. We apologize for the confusion and additional step required. We will let you know as soon as this has been updated.
