Adding or Removing Clients from a Staff Member

  1. In the top navigation, click Staff. You will see a list of all Active staff members.
  2. Locate the desired staff member, and then click the arrow to the right of their name.
  3. Click Assign Clients.
  4. Under the Assigned Clients heading, you can see two columns: the Available column shows the clients that can be assigned to the staff member. The Selected column displays the clients that you assign to the staff member, and/or the ones that have already been assigned to the staff member. Click the plus icon next to the client(s) you want to assign to the staff member. 

    Note: You can click the scroll bar to scroll through all clients and select the desired ones. You can also type the client’s name in the Search field, and then select the desired client(s).

  5. To unassign clients to a staff member, click the minus sign icon next to the client’s name.
  6. Once you have added and/or removed all desired clients, click Save. A confirmation message will appear.
  7. Click Confirm to finish adding/removing clients from a staff member.
