In addition to adding service activities to an individual client record, you can use Client Groups to track group activities, such as classes, special activities, etc.
To assign service activities to some or all members of a Client Group:
- Click Services in the top navigation.
- Under the Active tab, select the desired Service Activity.
{Insert Picture} - Click Add Activity to Client(s).
{Insert Picture} - In the Duration field, click the Hours and Minutes drop down list to enter the length of the activity.
{Insert Picture} - Enter the Service Date.
- Enter the Service Time.
- Enter any desired Notes.
- Click the Select a Group dropdown menu, and then select the desired Client Group.
