How to Assign Service Activities to Members of a Client Group ?

In addition to adding service activities to an individual client record, you can use Client Groups to track group activities, such as classes, special activities, etc.   

To assign service activities to some or all members of a Client Group:  

  1. Click Services in the top navigation.   
  2. Under the Active tab, select the desired Service Activity.

  3. Click Add Activity to Client(s).

  4. In the Duration field, click the Hours and Minutes drop down list to enter the length of the activity.

  5. Enter the Service Date.   
  6. Enter the Service Time.   
  7. Enter any desired Notes.   
  8. Click the Select a Group dropdown menu, and then select the desired Client Group.

    9. In the Selected box, you can see all of the clients who are assigned to the Client Group. If you want to add all of the clients in the Client Group, skip step 10
