Associating a Service with a Program

SureImpact enables Administrators to create two types of services:

• Available to all clients – These services are not assigned to a program and are universally visible for all clients.
• Only available to clients enrolled in an associated program – These services are assigned to a specific program (or multiple programs) and are only visible if a client is enrolled in an associated program.

To associate a service with a program:

1. Click Programs in the top navigation.
2. Select the desired Program. 
   
3. Click the Services tab under the Program name and details.
   
4. Click Add/Remove Services.
   
5. Enter the name of the service(s) in the Services search field, and then click the plus sign next to the service(s) you want to associate with the program.
   
6. Once you have associated the desired services to the program, click Save.

The service(s) will now be available for all clients enrolled in the associated program.
