How to Use the Client Change Log

The Client Change Log enables you to view every time a change has been made to a client's record.

Do you need to figure out who updated a client measure or unenrolled a client from a program? Every time a change has been made to a client’s record is now visible in the Change Log to users who have access to see a client’s record.  

  1. To view a client’s Change Log, click Client in the top navigation.  
  2. Search for a client, and then open their record.  
  3. In the client record, click the Change Log tab.  


You are now able to see every time any change was made to a client’s record. You can also use the filters to sort the changes by Date, Type, Name, Action, and User.  

Note: The User column displays the first 15 characters of a user’s email address. If you want to see the entire email address, simply hover your mouse over the desired email address, and the full email address will display.
