Users in organizations with a paid license can now upload files and attach them to a client’s record.
To upload a file to a client record:
- Click the Files tab within the client record.
{Insert picture} - Click Upload File.
{Insert picture} - Under Add New File, click Choose File.
{Insert picture} - Select the desired file from your computer, and then click Open. You can now see the file name for the document you attached.
{Insert picture} - Click Save. You can now see the file listed under Client Files on the client record.
