How to Upload Files to a Client Record?

Users in organizations with a paid license can now upload files and attach them to a client’s record.  

To upload a file to a client record:  

  1. Click the Files tab within the client record.

  2. Click Upload File.

  3. Under Add New File, click Choose File

  4. Select the desired file from your computer, and then click Open. You can now see the file name for the document you attached.

  5. Click Save. You can now see the file listed under Client Files on the client record.
