How to Search for Clients Using the Recent Measures and/or Recent Services Filters?
- These new filters will enable you to search for clients who:
- Do or do not have a specific recent Measure and/or Service on their client record.
- Do or do not have “any” measures or services on their client record.
Here is an example query to use with the Recent Measures and Recent Service Filters.
Let’s say that your organization has a rule that case managers need to have contact with all active clients at least once every 90 days. To quickly see which clients have not had a service activity or outcome measure tracked for them in the last 90 days:
- In the top navigation, click Client.
- In the Client table, click Client Filters.

- In the Filter Clients dialog box, click the new Recent Measures filter, and then click Does not have.

- Click Select Measure, and then click (Any Measure).

- The date range for this search defaults to Any Date. For this example query, click Any Date, and then select 90 Days.

- Click the new Recent Services filter, and then select Does not have.

- Click Select Service, and then select (Any Service).
- The date range for this search also defaults to Any Date. For this example query, click Any Date, and then select 90 Days.

- Click Apply.
Administrators will now see all clients who have not had a service activity or outcome measure tracked over the last 90 days. If you have Manager security in SureImpact, you will see the clients assigned to you and the clients assigned to any staff members assigned to you.
If you have Staff security in SureImpact, you will only see the clients who are assigned to you.
You can also see the Last Service Activity Date and the Last Measure Date for the selected clients.

This has been just one example of how to use the new Recent Measures and Recent Services filters. Here are some examples of additional questions you could ask:

- How can I view all of the clients who have had a specific measure in the last 7 days?
- How can I view all of the clients who have not had a specific service activity in the last 30 days?
