Creating a New Service

SureImpact enables Administrators to create two types of services:

• Available to all clients – These services are not assigned to a program and are universally visible for all clients.
• Only available to clients enrolled in an associated program – These services are assigned to a specific program (or multiple programs) and are only visible if a client is enrolled in an associated program.

Note: If you create a new service that is only available to clients enrolled in an associated program, you will need to create the new service, and then open the desired program to associate the service.

Once the services have been created—and assigned to any desired program(s)—users can track them for clients.  

1. Click Services in the top navigation.
2. Click Add Service.
   
3. In the Service Name field, enter the desired name for the new service.
4. Add a Description for the new service.
   
5. Select whether the new service is Available to all clients or Only available to clients enrolled in an associated program.
6. Click Uses Schedules if the new service uses the Schedules feature. (This feature will be released soon.)
7. Click Save.
