How to Delete a Client Program Enrollment

SureImpact tracks each time a client is enrolled or un-enrolled in a program. SureImpact enables you to delete each enrollment or un-enrollment.

1. Within a client record, click Programs. The Enrolled Program History table now displays all programs the client has ever been enrolled in and the date(s) they were enrolled in or unenrolled from the program.  
   
2. Next to the desired program, click Delete.  
   
   
3. In the Confirm Deletion dialog box, click Delete. The Program enrollment you deleted is no longer visible in the client’s record.
