How to Edit a Client Service Activity?

  1. In the History tab, you can see of all service activities that have been added to the client’s record.  
  2. To view every occurrence of a specific activity, click the desired Activity. A list of associated service activities displays on the right.

  3. To edit a service activity, click the edit icon next to the desired case note. 
  4. Make any necessary changes, and then click Save.
