Exporting Client Data

This article explains how to bulk export client data.

  1. On the top navigation, click Client.
  2. Click Import/Export Data.
  3. To filter client data by date, click the Start Date filter, and then select the desired Start Date. Click the End Date filter, and then select the desired End Date.
  4. To filter by Status, click the Active Status button, and then select Active or Inactive.
  5. To filter by Ethnicity, Gender, or Race, click the desired filter button, and then select the desired filter.
    Note: If you decide you want to remove a filter you have applied, simply click the X next to the filter you have applied. You can also click Clear All Filters to remove all filters you have applied.
  6. Once you have applied all of the desired filters, click Download.

Note: The Client data reports are updated through our data warehouse four times a day (8:00 a.m. ET, 12:00 p.m. ET, 4:00 p.m. ET, and 7:00 p.m. ET). If you are adding clients now, you will not be able to export them until after the data warehouse updates the next time.
