Exporting Measure Data by Program
This article explains how to bulk export measure data by program.
This data export displays all measure data for each program.
- In the top navigation, click your Profile icon.
- Click Exports.

- Click the Export Type drop-down menu, and then select Client Measure Data (By Program).

- Under Program Filters, click the Program drop-down menu, and then select the desired program.

Note: The rest of the filters are not required to download measure data from the selected program. If you want to download all measure data for the selected program, click Download and ignore steps 5- - Under Client Filters, click the Program drop-down menu, and then select the desired Staff.

- Click the Client Groups and Households drop-down menu, and then select the desired client group or household.

- Click the Creation Date drop-down menu, and then select the desired date range.

- Click the Program Enrollment drop-down menu, and then select one of the following:
- Has Program Enrollment – Shows data for clients who are enrolled in a program.
- Does Not Have Program Enrollment – Shows data for clients who are not enrolled in a program.
- When Has Program Enrollment is selected, additional filters become available:
- Program – Filter by a specific program.
- Service Date Range – Filter the program enrollment based on the Enrollment Start Date and/or Enrollment End Date.
- When Does not have Program Enrollment is selected, additional filters become available:
- Program – Filter by a specific program.
- Program Date Range – Filter the program enrollment based on the Enrollment Start Date and/or Enrollment End Date.
Note: The Dashboard will then display data for clients who were not enrolled in the selected program during the specified date range.

Click Export to Excel, and then click Export Program Data.

To filter program data by date, click the Start Date filter, and then select the desired Start Date. Click the End Date filter, and then select the desired End Date.
Note: The data for each measure is displayed in an individual tab for that specific measure.
