Getting Started with the Attendance Roll-Up Report

This article explains how to view attendance metrics across all scheduled services and locations with the Attendance Roll-up Report. 

The Attendance Roll-up Report is available to organizations that have the Locations feature enabled in SureImpact. This feature allows a single organization to manage and report on services delivered across multiple locations.

The Attendance Roll-up Report provides attendance metrics for all Services with an associated Schedule and enables users to analyze attendance performance across programs and locations within a specified date range.

Use the Attendance Roll-up Report to:

    • Access organization-wide attendance metrics in a single report.

Available Metrics

The report includes attendance metrics for scheduled services, both in aggregate and by specific programs, such as:

    • Students Enrolled – The total number of students enrolled during the specified time period.
    • Open Days - The total number of days the locations were open to provide services during the specified time period.
    • Average Daily Attendance – The average number of participants attending each scheduled service day within the selected date range.
    • Attendance Rate – The percentage of expected participants who attended scheduled service sessions.
    • > 80% Attendance Rate – The percentage of students who did not attend at least 80% of the time.

How the Report Works

The Attendance Roll-up Report aggregates attendance data from all Services that have a Schedule attached to them. When you apply filters, the report recalculates attendance metrics based on the selected date range, programs, and locations.

This allows administrators and program managers to quickly view attendance trends and performance across their organization without having to run separate reports for each location.

To view the Attendance Roll-Up Report:

  1. On the SureImpact Dashboard, click the drop-down menu on the Analytics button, and then select Attendance Roll-up.
  2. Use the following filters to customize the report results:
  3. Once you have selected the desired filters, click Retrieve to view the results.
    1. Start Date - Select the beginning date of the reporting period.
    2. End Date - Select the ending date of the reporting period.
    3. Program - Filter results to view attendance metrics for a specific program or multiple programs.
    4. Location - Filter results by one or more locations to analyze attendance performance at individual sites or across the entire organization.
