How do I add a new client using an external form?

  1. A Manager or Administrator will need to send you the link to create a new client using an external form. 
  2. Fill in the desired client info, including all the fields that say “required.”
    New Client
  3. To enter additional details, click Next Page.
  4. Once you have entered all desired details, click Save.

Note: After you have created a new client using an external form, you will still need to approve the new client. (See approving a new client).
