How To Review New Clients That Were Created in an External Form

SureImpact tracks each time a client is enrolled or un-enrolled in a program. SureImpact also enables you to edit each enrollment or un-enrollment.

Once clients have been created using an external form, the clients must be approved. For managers and administrators, there are two ways to access the clients: on the Submissions Pending Review page and in the Client Table on the Clients tab.

To approve new clients using the Submissions Pending Review page:

  1. In the top navigation, click Client.
  2. Click the Client Actions drop-down menu, and then select External Form Submissions.

  3. You can now see the Submission Pending Review list. Any clients that have been created using an external form, and have not been approved yet, appear in this list.

  4. Select the client you want to review, and the client’s record opens.
  5. Approve Client
  6. Click Approve Client.

Note: If a client with the same first name, last name, and date of birth already exists in the system, you will receive a duplicate client error message.

If you receive a duplicate client error message, click Delete Client, and then click Delete in the Confirm Deletion dialog box.

To approve new clients using the Creation Date filter in the Client Table:

  1. Click the arrows next to the Creation Date column until the clients that were created the most recently are on top.

    Note: You can also use the universal search bar to find a client to approve.
  2. Select the client you want to approve, and the client’s record opens.
  3. Click Approve Client.
