How to Track a Client Measure

This article explains how to track a new Measure for a client.

  1. Within a client record, click the Measures.
  2. Locate the desired measure, and then click the plus sign next on the right.
  3. Enter Measure Date.
  4. Follow the prompts and enter the measure data. In the above example, you would enter a score from 1 to 5 in the “Food Stability” field.
  5. Click Save.

Note: In order to see the measures you have entered for a client, you will need to click on the History tab. The scores do not display in the Measures tab.
