How do I log in to SureImpact?

This article shows users how to log in for the first time, including setting up Multi-factor authentication (MFA).

SureImpact is a web-based application that works with any web browser.

1. Open your web browser, and then go to sureimpact.net.
2. Enter your assigned Name and Password, and then click Log In.
   
3. If this is the first time you are logging in, you will be prompted to select a method for authentication. Choose SMS or Authentication App.
4. Follow the instructions below to set up the selected authentication method.

To Set Up Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)

1. Go to sureimpact.net.
2. Enter your username and password.
3. Click Log In.
4. You will be prompted to select a method for authentication. Choose SMS or Authentication App.
   
5. Follow the instructions below to set up the selected authentication method.

Setting up SMS Verification

1. Enter the mobile phone number you wish to use for Multi-Factor Authentication. A text message with a one-time verification code will be sent to your phone.
2. Open your phone and locate the text message from SureImpact.
3. Copy the one-time code provided in the text message.
4. Return to the MFA setup screen and enter the code.
   
   
5. Click Continue to complete the setup.

Setting Up an Authentication App

1. Download an authentication app on your mobile phone, such as:
   • Google Authenticator
   • Authy
   • Microsoft Authenticator
2. Scan the QR code displayed on the screen of the authentication app.
3. Enter the verification code generated by the app into the SureImpact MFA setup screen.
   
   
   
   Note: The number on the authenticator app changes often. If you don’t get the number entered in time, simply use the next number that is generated on the app.
4. Click Confirm.

You will see a confirmation message that MFA has been enabled.
