Removing a Service from a Program

SureImpact enables Administrators to create two types of services:

• Available to all clients – These services are not assigned to a program and are universally visible for all clients.
• Only available to clients enrolled in an associated program – These services are assigned to a specific program (or multiple programs) and are only visible if a client is enrolled in an associated program.

To remove a service from a specific program:

1. Click Programs in the top navigation.
2. Select the desired Program. 
   
3. Click the Services tab under the Program name and details.
   
4. Click Add/Remove Services.
   
5. Click the minus sign next to the service(s) you want to remove from this program.
   
6. In the Confirm Service Assignment dialog box, click Confirm.
