Reviewing Client Measure Form Invalid Submissions

This article explains how Managers and Administrators can review any client-based Measures that were submitted via an external and were flagged as Invalid.

You can now quickly review any client-based Measures submitted via external forms that are flagged as Invalid because SureImpact can't automatically match them to a client. This could happen if a client’s First Name, Last Name, or Date of Birth were entered incorrectly in the form.

To review invalid client-based Measure Form submissions:

  1. In the top navigation, click Program.
  2. Click the Program Actions drop-down menu, and then select Client Measure Form Invalid Submissions.

  3. You can now see any Measures submitted using an external form that were marked as Invalid. Select the client Measure you want to review.

  4. A dialog box opens and displays the Measure and the First Name, Last Name, and Date of Birth that were submitted. Use the Search box to try to locate a client record that matches the Invalid Submission.

  5. Once you have located the correct client, click Match. The Measure is then attached to the correct client's record.

    Note: If you determine there is not a matching client, you can click Delete to remove the Invalid Submission.
