How to Search for Clients that Have Never Been Enrolled in a Program?

The Never Enrolled filter on the Client tab enables you to search for only clients who have never been enrolled in a program.  

To search for clients that have never been enrolled in a program: 

1. Click Client in the top navigation. 
2. Click the blue filter icon on the right of the screen, just above the column headers.  
   
   
3. In the Filter Clients dialog box, click the Program arrow, and then select (Never Enrolled).

4. Click Apply. You will now see a list of any clients that have never been enrolled in a program.
