This article explains how to track a non-client-based measure that is attached to a Program rather than to a client.
In SureImpact, non-client-based measures are attached to a Program rather than to a client.
To track a non-client-based measure:
- In the top navigation, click Programs.
- Select the desired Program.
- Click Add Measure Data.
- Select the desired measure.
- Follow the prompts and enter the measure data. In the example below, you would enter a score from 1 to 5 in the “Overall Client Satisfaction Score” field.
- Click Save.
