Tracking a Non-Client-Based Measure

This article explains how to track a non-client-based measure that is attached to a Program rather than to a client.

In SureImpact, non-client-based measures are attached to a Program rather than to a client.

To track a non-client-based measure:

  1. In the top navigation, click Programs.
  2. Select the desired Program.
  3. Click Add Measure Data.
  4. Select the desired measure.
  5. Follow the prompts and enter the measure data. In the example below, you would enter a score from 1 to 5 in the “Overall Client Satisfaction Score” field.
  6. Click Save.
