Submit a Non-Client-Based Measure Using an External Form

This article explains how to submit a non-client-based measure in SureImpact using an External Form.

Note: You or another Manager or Administrator will need to copy the External Measure Form link before step 1.

To track a non-client-based measure using an external form:

1. Paste the form link into a browser window.
2. In the top navigation, click Programs.
3. Select the desired Program.
4. Click Add Measure Data. 
   
5. Select the desired measure.
6. Follow the prompts and enter the measure data. In the example below, you would enter a score from 1 to 5 in the “Overall Client Satisfaction Score” field.
   
7. Click Save.
