      How to Understand the Outcomes Dashboard

      The Outcomes Dashboard provides additional insights into the unique number of clients in SureImpact, how many of them have received services, and how many of them are enrolled in programs. 

      1. Service Hours: This tile displays the number of unique clients that have received Services. 
      2. Unique Clients in SureImpact: This tile displays the unique number of clients in SureImpact.  
      3. Programs with Enrollment: This tile displays the number of unique clients enrolled in Programs.  


      4. Programs in SureImpact: This tile displays the unique number of Programs in SureImpact. 
      5. Data Last Refreshed: Displays the date and time the dashboard was last updated.
      6. Embedded help explaining how to interpret the outcome measure cards.
