How do I view a client's history?

Within the History tab of the client record, you can view all client activities and measures in order to view client progress.  
  1. Within the client record, click the Client History tab. On the left, you can see a list of all of the activities the client has participated in. 
  2. Select the desired Activity. A list of associated service activities and case notes displays on the right.

  3. Select the desired service. If desired, you can make changes to the service. 
  4. You can also view all associated client Measures.

  5. Select the desired Measure. You can now view a history of the client measures on the right. If desired, you can edit the measure.
