This article explains how to view all interactions with a client within the History tab.
Within the History tab of the client record, you can view all client activities and measures in order to view client progress.
- Within the client record, click the Client History tab. On the left, you can see a list of all of the activities the client has participated in.
- Select the desired Activity. A list of associated service activities and case notes displays on the right.
- Select the desired service. If desired, you can make changes to the service.
- You can also view all associated client Measures.
- Select the desired Measure. You can now view a history of the client measures on the right. If desired, you can edit the measure.
